“Breaking Inhibitions: Creating Path ”अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस के अवसर पर रूम थिएटर का आयोजन


"AVITOKO's Room Theatre" is completing its one year in the month of March. March is the month for International Women's Day (8th March) and  World Theatre Day (27th March) We are happy to share that we at AVITOKO are saluting women power and rehearsing theatre on the very first anniversary of "AVITOKO's Room Theatre" A tentative schedule and our activities are placed below. मुंबई कला की नगरी है। यहाँ हर की आँखों में अपनी कला को सामने लाने के सपने रहते हैं। “रूम थिएटर” अवितोको का एक ऐसा ही मंच है, जो आम जन और मुंबई में रह रहे हजारों कलाकारो और कला प्रेमियों को अपनी अभिव्यक्ति के लिए मंच प्रदान करता है।
 

मार्च, 2014 में आरंभ किया गया अवितोको का “रूम थिएटर” का प्रयास मार्च 2015 में अपना एक साल पूरा करने जा रहा है। 8 मार्च अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस है। समाज और विश्व में महिलाओं के योगदान को रेखांकित करने के लिए अवितोको का “रूम थिएटर” शनिवार, दिनांक 7 मार्च, 2015 को सुबह 1000 से शाम 5.00 बजे तक “Breaking Inhibitions: Creating Path”नाम से एक कार्यक्रम महिलाओं के सम्मान में आयोजित कर रहा है।
 

“Breaking Inhibitions: Creating Path”

(A one day program on for the women folk of various fields)
 

Every woman has a dream in her eyes. Some get opportunity to realize them. Others just think, but do not able to gather their courage to move ahead with their dreams. “Breaking Inhibitions: Creating Path” is a program, where women participants may get ideas to actualize their dreams unlimited. The program will give them the space to speak out during the day.

“Breaking Inhibitions: Creating Path” will be a full day program. Participants will be women employees of various offices, students of various institutions and colleges and women from various fields of art and creativity.

 The proposed program is designed as under:

  AVITOKO

 
AVITOKO is a socio cultural organization. With the philosophy of Rang Jeevan” (Art and theatre for life), it is working with the goal for “a better world tomorrow.” To achieve this goal, it puts its deep root concern with human being, especially, people, are in distress. And thus, AVITOKO serves male and female jail inmates and children of women jail inmates, senior citizens, ‘special’ children along with the main stream people through art, theatre, literature, culture, education and training for. AVITOKO conducts Corporate Behavioral Training programs, Art and Theatre workshops, Week- end theatre classes, Workshops on creative writing, Art of Anchoring, Public Speech, Presentation skills etc. AVITOKO helps school going children educationally.

AVITOKO has created awareness towards solo play presentation and staging solo play around the world. AVITOKO play production has bagged several awards including “The Best Play Production Award” and “Best Female Actor Award” for its play “Aao Tanik Prem Karein” from the Govt. of Maharashtra.  Some of its important plays are  “Aao Tanik Prem Karein”, Life is not a Dream, Balchanda, Main Krishna Krishn Ki, Ek Nayi Menka, Bimb-Pratibimb, Bhikharin, Naurangi Natni, Mutton Masala-Chicken chilli, Manto-Ismat:Dost Dushman.

To give a thrust upon the creativity among the people, AVITOKO is working with a very unique concept “Room Theatre”, where theatre enthusiasts and other genres talents get a platform to express them. AVITOKO organizes conference, seminars, Kavi sammelans, Goshthi on various subjects and organizes art, poetry, play, playwriting competitions. ###

 
AVITOKO’s Last three years Activities

 Year 2012

1.       Educational Support to needy children.

2.       Production of the play “Bhikharin”, (written by Tagore) and had its shows at Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Bihar etc.

3.       Distribution of utility items to needy sector of the society.

4.       Shows of various plays, such as Life is not a Dream, Balchanda, Main Krishna Krishn Ki, Ek Nayi Menka, Bimb-Pratibimb, Bhikharin across the country.

5.       Organised “Sagari Rati Deep Jaray”, a full night story telling program at Chennai.

6.       Participated in various seminars, conferences etc.

7.       Invited by the Embassy of Abu Dhabi and Consulate of Dubai, Govt. of India with its play “Bimb-Pratibimb”.

8.       Invited by Muktibodh, IPTA, Raipur National Theatre Festival with its play  Main Krishna Krishn Ki.

9.       Invited in National Theatre Festival, Bargadh, Odissa with its play Bimb-Pratibimb.

10.   Invited by the Sutradhar Sanstha, Hyderabad National Theatre Festival with its play Main Krishna Krishn Ki

 Year 2013:

1.        Educational Support to needy children.

2.       Production of the play “Naurangi Natni”, and “Aao Tanik Prem Karein” and had its shows at Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, Patna, Hisar, Kurukshetra, Allahabad, Gorakhpur, Varanasi etc.

3.       Distribution of utility items to needy sector of the society.

4.       Shows of other various plays, such as Life is not a Dream, Balchanda, Main Krishna Krishn Ki, Ek Nayi Menka, Bimb-Pratibimb, Bhikharin , Naurangi Natni across the country.

5.       Participated in various theatre festivals, such as Kala Ghoda Art Festival.

6.       Invited by the Delhi Govt. with its play “Naurangi Natni”

7.       Invited by the Govt. of Haryana with its play “Aao Tanik Prem Karein”

8.       Invited by Setu Sanstha, Varansi’s National Theatre Festival with its play “Aao Tanik Prem Karein” and Bimb-Pratibimb.

9.       Invited by the Sutradhar Sanstha, Indore’s National Women Solo Theatre Festival with its play Bhikharin.

 Year 2014:

3.       Production of the play “Mutton Masala Chicken Chilli” and had its shows at Ahmed Nagar, Kala Ghoda Art Festival, Mumbai etc.
